Somewhere along the way, fitness became about burning more, weighing less, pushing harder, and ignoring what hurts.

Good Temper looks at movement differently.

We're interested in what your body can do—and how we keep it doing those things for a very long time.

That might mean lifting heavy.

It might mean slowing down.

It might mean improving your squat, getting comfortable on the floor, restoring motion to your hips, or learning to breathe instead of white-knuckling your way through another workout.

The goal isn't to move the most. It's to keep moving for life.

Recovery and Movement Redefined

Movement, mobility, and recovery for a body you want to keep moving.

Movement is medicine.

Good Temper is a different approach to fitness and recovery- built around mobility, intentional movement, body awareness, and longevity.

Because your workouts don't always need to be harder.
Your body doesn't need to be punished into changing.
And feeling good in your body shouldn't end when your PR days do.
Your body was made to move. Let's keep it that way.

Know your body. Move with intention.
See how you move, where you’re limited, and what your body actually needs.

Pressure where you need it. Recovery where it counts.
Body tempering helps you release tension, restore movement, and get ready to move again.

Mobility programs

Stop forcing it. Start moving better.
Targeted mobility flows designed to create control, confidence, and freedom in your movement.

movement programs

Train for the body you want to keep.
Build strength, mobility, and capacity without beating your body into the ground.

WHo is the good temper For

You don't have to consider yourself an athlete.

Good Temper is for people who want to keep using their bodies.

The lifter whose hips are starting to complain.

The desk worker who somehow became one with their chair.

The runner who wants to keep running.

The parent who wants enough strength and mobility to keep up.

The former athlete who doesn't move like they used to.

The person realizing, "Maybe feeling like this all the time isn't just part of getting older."

Wherever you're starting, we'll meet your body there.

Exercise Science BT-c TRS

Movement has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember, and my passion for helping others feel confident in their bodies runs deep. With a degree in Exercise Science, years of fitness experience, and certifications in body tempering and mobility coaching, I bring education and personal experience to the Good Temper approach.
My journey taught me that feeling good in your body isn't about pushing harder—it is about learning to listen, move with intention, and prioritize recovery. I am here to help you do just that.

As a wife and mom of three, I know firsthand how easy it is to put everyone else first and forget to make time for yourself. That's why I'm passionate about helping people prioritize their well-being, recharge, and feel good in their bodies. I'm passionate about creating a warm, welcoming space where you can feel comfortable, cared for, and confident making yourself a priority. I'm so excited to be part of the Good Temper team and help others discover the value of intentional recovery and taking care of themselves, one session at a time!

YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM IS PART OF THE CONVERSATION.

Sometimes your body has the physical ability to get into a position—but it doesn't feel safe or comfortable there yet.

That's why we don't simply force more range.

We slow things down. We breathe. We explore positions. We add control. We gradually introduce load.

Over time, we're teaching your brain and body:

We've been here before.
We can control this.
It's okay to move here.

That mind-body connection is a big part of the Good Temper approach.

We're willing to work with what's uncomfortable today so it can become more comfortable tomorrow.
